Very polite service
Very good service Specially the cleaning part everyone was very nice and super clean. My room was often cleaned by Hik Durga and I can say that she was very very nice and did her job very well.

Our First Mövenpick Experience
We throughly enjoyed our stay here, Chansa left our room spotless every time we left, the kitchen staff were always chatty and inviting. From this area everything was a stone through away which was so convenient. Guest services were so quick and efficient to bring any bits we needed to our room. However, the clarity around your package deal that you can get could’ve been clearer regarding what’s included.
