Amazing experience
Amazing experience. I loved every minute of the hotel only because of the staff that are working are soo accommodating. Uzzal my room keeping guy was the best guy ive met in a long time amazing service. Jaypee at the front made my life so comfortable being on a wheelchair. Rizwan bhai and his smile was tremendous lots of funny jokes. Nelson from concierge was an asset to the hotel from helping organise my scooter to anything i needed help with logistics wise. I will forever remember these peoples name really made a mark on my first stay in Dubai. Definitely will be coming back thanks to them.

shahid was very helpful, atmosphere was calming and the design of the restaurant is extraordinary.
Outdated dirty rooms, furniture with holes a d stained carpets
The rooms are outdated, dirty with so much dust laying around. The carpets have stains on them. The furniture is also very old and outdated which makes the rooms dark and gloomy. The couches abe holes in them. The bathroom taps are rusted and have revolting stains on them. House keeping does not do a good at cleaning, packing away dishes after they have been washed. We asked house keeping to join the twin beds in the other room they did such a poor job we had to follow up so many times. There’s nothing luxury about this place save your money and book somewhere else
