Komang was hands down the highlight of our evening at Premier Lounge. From the moment we sat down, he was warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. He walked us through the Apéro Chic happy hour menu, gave spot-on recommendations, and checked in at just the right moments without ever being intrusive. Our glasses were never empty, and he remembered our preferences throughout the night. Service like this is what turns a good evening into a memorable one. Thank you, Komang. Sofitel is so good in every aspect. We were greeted amazingly by mr Jowali. We are so greatful he made our vacation start with right foot. Kindhearted person and treated us best possible way. The food in every restaurant is amazing . The gym and rooms are huge and well maintained. The pools area is huge with lots of water spaces
The hotel was very nice the breakfast was excellent in the manava restaurant mahesh was professional and service is very good whole the staff was awesome Thank you everyone
