⭐ ⭐⭐⭐⭐ A Truly Exceptional Stay – W Mina Seyahi at Its Very Best

We had an exceptional stay at W Mina Seyahi Dubai during August 2026, and from start to finish, the experience was everything you could hope for from a luxury hotel — and, in many ways, even better than we expected.

The hotel itself is stunning. Modern, stylish and beautifully designed, with a fantastic attention to detail throughout. Everywhere you look, there are thoughtful touches that elevate the experience and make the hotel feel genuinely special rather than simply luxurious for the sake of it.

However, what really makes W Mina Seyahi stand out is its people.

The staff were outstanding, and a very special mention must go to Rohit, Rama, Jordy and Amal from Ginger Moon and Wet Deck. They were absolutely fantastic throughout our stay. Despite working tirelessly in the incredible 50°C Dubai heat, they remained energetic, attentive, friendly and genuinely welcoming.

What impressed us most was that their hospitality never felt rehearsed or forced. They took the time to remember guests, anticipate what was needed and make people feel genuinely looked after. They consistently went above and beyond, and their warmth and professionalism made a huge contribution to what was such a memorable stay.

The food and drinks were excellent, and the atmosphere at Ginger Moon and Wet Deck was fantastic. There was a wonderful balance between being lively and sophisticated while still feeling relaxed enough to completely switch off and enjoy yourself.

Our room and the housekeeping service were equally impressive. The level of cleanliness was exceptional throughout our stay. The room was consistently immaculate, while the daily cleaning and additional evening turndown service were carried out to an incredibly high standard.

What was particularly appreciated was how discreet and unobtrusive the housekeeping team were. Despite the room being maintained so perfectly every day, we were never disturbed by cleaners or housekeeping staff. It was clear that the team had mastered that difficult balance of providing an exceptionally high level of service while allowing guests complete privacy and uninterrupted relaxation.

And then there were the little details.

Our clothes were even arranged into a colour-coordinated wardrobe. It is such a small thing, but it genuinely made us smile. That one detail perfectly summed up the hotel for us — thoughtful, personal and a level of attention to detail that goes well beyond what you normally expect.

Ultimately, there are plenty of beautiful luxury hotels in Dubai, but it is the people and the service that make a hotel truly memorable. W Mina Seyahi absolutely understands this.

The hotel is beautiful. The food and drinks are superb. The atmosphere is fantastic. The cleanliness is impeccable. But above all, the staff make this place special.

Luxury mixed in with outstanding customer service, food and cleanliness. The food was a real highlight considering that it was our second visit two years in a row on an all inclusive package- so we had very high expectations, however Mina Seyahi didn’t disappoint. Staff are hard working and deserve all the praise they can get working in the extreme heat whilst maintaining excellent customer service. The kids loved the water park on site too. Staff were very attentive for the health and safety of everyone which was great. We dined at all their restaurants which were all outstanding, even the buffet was as of high quality- freshly cooked food right in front of you, you ask, they deliver, you just know that the food wasn’t prepared hours ago and reheated. Loved the smoothie bar, again- they will literally make any type of smoothie for you. We tried their waters sports which was included in our all inclusive package and that was great fun too! Earlier this month I stayed at W Dubai Minah Seyahi with my family and have to say it’s an amazing resort with lots to offer and incredible staff. There are a variety of food outlets offering different options to dine around throughout your stay as part of the W Access package.Ginger Moon was by far our favourite not only for the divine food but also the staff making the trip truly magical.Abdullah and Vijay remembered us from our stay in March and constantly went above and beyond to surprise and delight my family.we spent most mornings here before moving over to Maree to cool down by the pool and enjoy the bar/DJ/atmosphere and all it to offer.thanks to RJ for being a great host during this time . I would also like to personally thank Rudraksh(Rudy) for his impeccable first-class service and understanding at reception.also Raj in Farrago with his superb service and great personality.We look forward to returning soon.
