We always come to this hotel for a day break and 100% because of the fantastic service from Borzo, he is so attentive to our needs, always checking up on us and making sure my family are happy. We know we have a lot of choice but the service and care we get is impeccable. Thanks to Borzo and the rest of the amazing team there.

Another enjoyable twelve nights at the Waldorf. Again staying at Pearl Club Level. Great to have the Lounge fully functioning again, wonderful staff, good selection of breakfast and afternoon tea food and drinks and relaxing ambience. Good service from Khalid and Moses on the beach and wonderful support from Evelyne in Guest Services. Hoping to return again next year.
