Relaxing Beach day
We had an amazing day at the beach thanks to Julio and the entire beach team. From the moment we arrived, they took care of everything and made us feel so welcome. The staff helped us get set up right away, making it easy to relax and enjoy the day. Julio was incredibly attentive and went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable the entire time. The exceptional service from everyone truly made our beach day unforgettable!
Beautiful Resort
Stayed here for 2 nights. Resort is about 50 minute drive from CUN. The resort is vast and beautifully decorated. They are pretty firm on the check in time so be aware if you arrive early. The rooms are spacious, we had room 2219, and the AC works great. The bathroom is also large and there are Molton Brown bath products. As it is all inclusive the mini bar and drinks in the mini fridge are included. The bed was very comfortable and the balcony was roomy. The pools have swim up bars but the service can be slow there. The beach area is well maintained. We are at Suspiro for lunch and recommend the ceviche and shrimp tacos. We had breakfast at Mercado 19, the buffet restaurant and it was fine. Recommend trying the Mexican breakfast items over the traditional American options. Dinner was the Asian fusion restaurant was hit and miss. The tuna dishes were good, but the pad Thai and Indian dishes were not. One hidden gem is a street taco cart just beyond the lobby which opens in middle of the day and was great for small bites. The only big complaint and reason for not having it as 5 stars was that the app which is what you are supposed to use for reservations and help was almost never working during our stay. And when we called the concierge no one ever picked up the phone. One time we let it ring for literally 13 mins straight and then it just hung up on us. Considering you have to make a reservation to eat dinner at the non buffet places, they really should make it easier to make a reservation. You also cannot make any reservations until you check in. So, if you have a short stay getting in to where you want to eat may be difficult.

Wedding of our dreams!
Atelier Playa Mujeres is such a special resort for us! My husband and I had the wedding of our dreams there this June. Denise & her team made the week's events go on flawlessly and without any stress to me. Julio & the team at El Instante captured us, the atmosphere, and our guests with such enthusiasm and care. The photos and videos are so wonderful to look back on. We also visited the NUUP Spa. Veronica was the BEST & I felt so relaxed after. Definitely visit Maria Dolores if you can, the food is to die for. Styling Trio made me, my bridesmaids, and family feel so beautiful for the wedding. I cannot recommend this resort enough for a week away with friends and/or family, but it's especially gorgeous for a wedding! We can't wait to continue visiting for years to come.

Top tier experience
Stayed 7 days for our honeymoon. Money well spent! The resort is stunning and I’m so glad we chose to stay here. The staff is exceptional. Our butlers Alberto and Lazaro were top tier! Always around when you need them and going above and beyond. Alberto even ran us a surprise bath with rose petals to celebrate our honeymoon. We also very much enjoyed Corinna. She hosted Mexican Lottery and Salsa classes for us. She was so sweet and super fun. She felt like family! The staff was as excellent as the resort itself. We will definitely be back!
