Best beach in the hotel zone
This is the best hotel. Amazing staff! If you are looking for a chill laid back - non all-inclusive hotel - Beachscape is for you. Their beach is the nicest, clearest, bluest, bath tub-like. Really - it is the best beach in all of the Hotel Zone.
GREAT Stay
AMAZING location. Beachscape is perfect in the hotel zone and only a bus ride away to an excursion. Hotel was super clean and staff was so friendly and kind - most do speak some English, if you need it. The pool and beach was amazing!
An Amazing Honeymoon
My husband and I honeymooned at this hotel from Oct. 15 to 18, 2023. It was wonderful. They gave us an upgraded pool view room. I was pleasantly surprised. The staff was very nice and understood enough English to communicate with us well.
The location is perfect!!! It's a quiet spot but not too far from where the clubs and mall are situated. We ate at their restaurant and the food and drinks were good. The beach was beautiful, sand was fine and soft but had sargassum seaweeds that were cleaned off the beach every morning.
We rented a vehicle and had no issues finding parking. We planned our adventure trip with the guy in the lobby.
I will be back to stay at Beachscape and I will be bringing friends and family.

Don’t do all inclusive, it’s not worth it
We were booked in to this hotel as part of a tour group. On checking in we weren’t given any information about the hotel. We didn’t know where the restaurant was. We had an all inclusive rate- don’t bother with that. Breakfast is worth having but after 11am the only place you can eat and drink is in a sports bar place by the beach. If you have an all inclusive wrist band they will give you a very limited menu to choose from . This is lunch and dinner. Caesar salad consisted of lettuce with Parmesan and dressing. We ordered nachos for lunch but they weren’t on our menu , we had to pay . Coffee is not included unless at breakfast yet you can have cocktails! Staff in this area seemed very reluctant to serve us too apart from one girl who was good . The room was good . Housekeeping did a good job. The staff at breakfast were the best. Well kept grounds and pool area.
Best beach in the area & impeccable service
Beautiful beach, quiet, enough spacing between sun beds, white sand, clean blue water (see weeds appeared but it was cleaned). The resort is super clean, service is impeccable, breakfast is great. Personnel is so friendly and polite. The gardens look amazing. Great value for the money, I would definitely return to this place.
