Dream Sands fun times
The staff there is amazing. Faustino(Tino) and Leilani were amazing crowd pleasers. Very friendly, outgoing and made the experience a great one. Henry, Jorge, Dania, Angelo, Sofia, Manny…. All of them are great with customer service and made our trip a happy one.
Awesome Event staff!!
We had a great time with the Family!! The event staff- Tino, Manny, Angelo, Sophia and Leilani made the week very memorable! The servers Diana, Jorge, Henry and more were excellent. The kids loved them!
Dream team staff at Sands
Top notch customer service. We felt seen and well taken care with Leilani, Faustino, Martin, Jorge, Dania, Henry, Sofia and many others. They were all great staff and very attentive to both the adults and the kids. The resort itself wasn’t our favorite, but the staff was amazing and made up for it.
Best place to go!
This place was amazing! The whole experience was fabulous - from the rooms, to the food, to the pools, and most of all the people - I just can't say enough about the people. Everyone there went out of their way to make me, my husband, and our 7 year feel so incredibly comfortable the whole week. I can't say enough about the Explore's Club who watched our daughter for 3 days of the trip and were absolute angels. Thank you to Yardira, Elsy, Karla, Yarelis, and Ariana for taking such good care of our little one that she literally did not want to leave. You women went above and beyond and our trip would not have been the same without your help. Thank you so much! We will be back :)
Best Vacation Ever!
The staff was very helpful, the food was so good it is beyond words. The Entertainment staff was the absolute best. They remembered us each day, remembered our kids names. Lelani, Sofia, Tino, and Mnauel were so much fun. They definitely helped make a stay the best it could be.
