Enjoyable
My experience with Dreams Vista Cancun is windy, very windy! But, overall, the service was perfect, the space(s) was clean and manned accordingly. Everyone was helpful and attentive. The check in and check out process was very simple and fast. Unlike with other UVC resorts. The Prefered Club is very nice but it's on the 9th floor. Well, it's good for excercises anyway.
Dreams Vista views amazing
It is a very nice and clean resort, every room has a beautiful view. Everyone is very attentive especially Benito and Irais were amazing during our lunch and dinner at Bluewater grill. Everyone was, Noe was very proper and had our dishes out on a timely manner. At the Vista Prime Armando was great and dinner was delicious. During our hydrotherapy Jessica and Josmar made our visit very pleasant and relaxing. I will definitely be back for those views.
Holiday
Excellent hotel with brilliant service. Rooms spacious with fantastic views from the balcony. Coffee maker & free mini bar. Plenty of restaurants to choose for dinner. Plenty of bars - open late in the lounge.
Not value for money
Our expectations were not met. Food was terrible, even the basic breakfast menu was below par in taste and quality. Extremely disappointed for 5 star rated Hyatt hotel. Cleanliness & service was very good. However will not be using this hotel in future.
Anniversary trip
We went for our 15 year anniversary. overall it was a decent hotel not much to do. Honestly, the staff was amazing. The restaurant was not a lot of selection. the shows we’re good just not a big selection.
