Pleasant surprise!
First time in this area and at this resort. We found it to be very clean with wonderful service everywhere. All staff work so hard. The beaches are clean with almost no seaweed. Many activities around the pools or at the beach. The service at the beach was the best we’ve ever had at a resort. Eduardo Panti and the rest of the crew including Adam work so hard. They were constantly checking to make sure we had drinks and food even when they were so busy. The waiters at the a la carte restaurants and the buffet are excellent. Special mention to server Mr Chi at Bacoli Please tip as they provide excellent service with a smile. Here is a picture of Eduardo, the best beachside waiter on the Hotel strip!
Fun vacation!
The resort was beautiful, pools were fantastic and Gael (our bartender) was SENSATIONAL!!! Gael made our vacation perfect!!! The only problem was the linens on the bed were rough. Beach was clean and fun seeing the turtle sanctuary. Blue flag beach.
Best bar tender!
Adán Aguilar was the best! He gave us a free shot when someone else messed up our order and fixed it for us. He’s so cool and sweet! I’m not one to make reviews but I appreciate him. Thanks Adan! He made us 2 shots called Scooby-Doo! Sooo good! Highly recommend!!

Great person, very nice, respectful, very fast. Working so hard all day long. We are here for 7 days, he is happy every.
Eduardo Panti is great person, best of best. He working for 3 people. Always on time, very fast and respectful. Please give him more money for this job. He is very to be supervising other people. He likes his job. Next year I like to see him in better positions All the best.
