The airport is 15 km away, Playa del Carmen is 65 km away, whilst the Riviera Maya is 95 km from the hotel. We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Fiesta Americana Condesa Cancun! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how welcoming, friendly, and attentive everyone was. The service truly made our vacation feel special. A huge thank you to Arael, Limber, Enrique, and Eladio for going above and beyond to make our stay so enjoyable. Each of you made us feel welcomed and taken care of, and your kindness did not go unnoticed! A special thank you to Erika, Alan, & Margarita at the spa as well. They were absolutely wonderful and made our spa experience so relaxing and memorable. The resort itself is beautiful, the atmosphere is amazing, and the staff genuinely makes you feel like you’re being treated as a valued guest rather than just another customer. The attention to detail and level of hospitality really stood out to us. We would absolutely recommend Fiesta Americana Condesa Cancun and would love to come back again. The resort was awesome! Lots of good food options. The sushi corner/ fried rice was our favorite. The breakfast buffet was always super good! The people were very friendly and our room was always stocked and cleaned everyday. We stayed in the master suite and it was great when traveling with a toddler to have separation of rooms from him at night. The views from the balcony were awesome! The activities at the pool were so fun! Our son enjoyed watching all the activities. Jonathan and Miguel were so fun and entertaining. They even gifted my son a few things on our last day. Enrique the server at the pool was also so nice and attentive. We enjoyed our trip! Thank you!
