Hilton Cancun An All Inclusive Resort

We just spent 1 week at this property and we had a great time. Its only about a 20min ride from the airport and they offer free shuttles to 2 different malls. The rooms are big and clean and the property is about 3 years old so its in great shape. The pools are nice an warm and big enough for everyone to enjoy. Lots of shade available by the pools. The Kids pool is amazing but the floor needs a good renovation as it has broken tile so I recommend for kids to wear swimming shoes. The adult pools also have broken tile as well but its not as dangerous as the one in the kids pool in my opinion.

The food was excellent and we felt like we had lots of options. We have stayed at all the hilton hotels in Cancun/Tulum and can honestly say this has the best food and its very flavourful for such big production. The service staff was very friendly and service was amazing. Jessica kept our drinks full pool side and made sure we were well taken care off. Our favorite restaurant was La Luce and the Vela buffet for breakfast. the buffet had better mexican dishes offerings thsn the Mexican restaurant. The Asian restaurant had delicious food but the speed of service was a bit slow. Both sea salt sheds had great food offerings and the tacos were delicious.

The beach is not the greatest but the Riviera Maya doesnt have great beaches anyway. We still swam in the warm ocean and the sand was super thin so we loved it anyway.

Entertainment wise they have some cool shows but I feel like they can offer better shows. Maybe consider having an earlier show to involve kids and then a later show more for adults. I felt like the Vegas show was not necessarily very appropriate for kids but I did think it was a great show for adults.

My kid loved the kids club and continue to ask to go back and play there. Arge, Nath, Gris, Pau, Eli, Fany, Monce were great. My only 2 comments would be to have an actual activity starting at 10am onstead of 11am and to move the smoking area from infront of the kids playground to a different spot.

I used the concierge messaging system for all my needs and Jacqueline was very attentive and prompt to help me.

Overall we had a great time and would likely go back!

One of our best vacations with my family,Marco at front desk was very pleasant, professional and very helpful assisting us upon check in and check out.The staff at the restaurant we’re very accommodating,friendly and provided very good service.Except on our 4th night, we dined at Maxal restaurant, our server was not helpful nor attentive.He didn’t provide water to some of us who’s been seating for while at our table,and he seems like doesn’t care and dont pay attention on our table.I went at the host and spoke to the lady about our waiter’s attitude.A manager should be on floor checking each table,guest satisfaction.The Vela was the best team and service always attentive, helpful and checking every guest table.

Mishel provided great service with great energy at the Maxal restaurant. She had amazing recommendations which complimented our experience.
