- Hilton Cancun An All Inclusive Resort

Nestled behind a mangrove preserve and set on 100 acres of Mayan coastline, our all-inclusive resort features twelve restaurants and bars, a 68,000 sq. ft. indoor-outdoor convention center, health club, plus kids and teens clubs. Drink in ocean views from our suites, and spend sunny afternoons in our two pools. The airport and Cancun's Hotel Zone are within 20 minutes.
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
Fresh, great tasting food. Didn't have a bad thing. Good entertainment. The Michael Jackson impersonator was really good.
The pros - rooms were clean, most the staff was nice, public restrooms were nice clean and private, gym was nice. Cons - insane cost to use their spa, pool is small and falling apart, black mold on ceilings and walls, ac condensation dripping from ceiling, no beach to speak of, food was sub standard especially at the buffets, not a lot of entertainment, smell of fish and seaweed was gross, the donuts and macarons looked good but tasted awful, we thought we were lucky to get upgraded to first floor plunge pool room…don’t leave your belongings outside as your stuff will get stolen as my brand new flip flops did likely at night by a grounds keeper I don’t really know but hope they enjoy them, also the music they play is terrible and they blared it from like 2-6 one day with heavy bass right next to our room, no afternoon nap that day. When I told the front desk lady about my stolen sandals she couldn’t have cared less, then at the airport I saw the store workers getting pat down when the left for home and I guess Mexico just isn’t for me, but the other 3 resorts which were actually less expensive per night were sooo much better, the lobby where you go to check in at the Hilton is definitely not impressive like the others, the private road there takes 10 minutes to drive down and the entrance is covered in stone that the shuttles have to crawl over at like 3 mph, if you gotta do Hilton I would just go with the one with the better location, I would never go back to this resort (and I had this place free thru a friend), oh the worst thing about this place is the completely non private bathroom in the rooms. I’m sorry but even if you’re with your wife or husband….no one needs to see each other take a sh*t or brushing their teeth - whoever designed that bathroom I hope got fired and removed from every designing anything ever again
We had a wonderful stay at Hilton Cancún All-Inclusive Resort celebrating my wife’s birthday. From the moment we arrived, the personalized service made a great impression.
Special thanks to Julián (Bellman) for such a warm & personalized welcome, Guadalupe for her wonderful attention, and Pedrito from the pool team, in addition to excellent service, he surprised my wife with a beautiful birthday decoration and a thoughtful gift.
A very special thank you to Gaby Salas, who took care of us throughout our stay and truly made our experience unforgettable.
Thank you to the entire team for making this celebration so special. We can’t wait to come back! ❤️🥂
Julian the bellman was incredibly helpful when we had a miscommunication with our outside transportation company. He was so calm and helped us problem solve the situation!
Enjoyed our stay at the Hilton. The beach is small and they did their best to keep the seaweed away but there was still quite a bit, we didn't bother trying to swim in the ocean here.
Things I loved: -During check in, we were switched to a larger, more comfortable room for our family (for free) -The food at the taqueria was so good, and they cleaned the kitchen counters and utensils before preparing food for my husband when they heard he had a gluten allergy -The restaurant servers were all good about advising my husband about safe foods for his allergy -My son lost his wristband and they replaced it for free without problem -Really liked the Michael Jackson show, and liked the daytime activities and host Nicholas
Things I didn't love: -Check in takes TOO LONG! This is always the case when checking into Hilton all inclusive hotels. We stood there at least 45 minutes once we arrived waiting for our turn and the time it takes to check in. Such a terrible way to start your vacation. Scan my passport and credit card, and give me my bracelet and a map. Why does this take so long?? -The road from the main road to the hotel is also really long and slow, it was such a pain anytime we left the hotel for an excursion or back to the airport.
