Best vacation ever
One of the best vacations I’ve ever been on! Everyone was so kind. It seemed like they truly wanted to help you. The food was amazing special thanks to Julio Tellez at Bumgambila- he was amazing and always made sure we were satisfied with our food. Loved the staff at the pool bar especially Rubin. Would definitely recommend this resort.
Feel like royalty
If you wanna be pampered and feel like you are literally part of the family (hand on my heart) Zahara is the place to go. Every single thing was excellent the food, the activities, the pool area of the swim bar. I have already planned to go back.
Exceeded Our Expectations
Couples trip. First time with Hyatt Inclusive. This hotel makes you feel like VIPs the whole time. Restaurants are good, some are great (Italian, Asian, Mexican). VERY Professional, attentive and friendly staff. This seems like a low- volume hotel during the week, which was great. No wait on food. Reservations easily booked. Not loud and not busy. Traffic picked up going into the weekend, but never felt crowded. Everything is new and shiny. There’s a lot of effort put into entertainment.
Tips: *GO TO THE SPA. Liliana and Jesus provided the best massages we’ve had, and we’ve had plenty. Get the Traditional Mexican Herbal Massage. *Sea Turtles *Visit the Speakeasy and be transported in time.
- The Asian restaurant had some of the best food, but the Hibachi was underwhelming. Just order off the menu.
*It gets busy and a much livelier crowd in the weekend. *Pay attention to the app early and tap into the schedule.

Great birthday trip at Hyatt Zilara
Fantastic experience and service from start to finish! We especially enjoyed two delicious meals at the Mexican restaurant and being served by Juan- Bugamb was a highlight of our trip ♥️ He is a delight!!! Ask to sit in Juan’s section! Book the Hyatt Zilara you won’t be disappointed!
