Super friendly and well service
The resort is incredibly clean and very well maintained here. Mostly all the staffs are super friendly. Especially at Peir12 the foods are great and very fresh, staff Alfredo, Genny, Ricardo, David, Cinthia and Juan the whole team are awesome!
Can't wait to Return!
We booked the swim up rooms and were so pleased with the view of the main pool and beach. We couldn't get over all of the staff, no matter where you were and the food was delicious, fresh and so many choices. This is our favorite all inclusive we have experienced.

This was a Bday celebration that was worth every moment!
- Location: roughly 25min from the airport (get the Amstar transfer - great service, no issues)
- Rooms: true to size & pics from the website. Spacious and definitely modern. The views were awesome and the jacuzzi was a plus
- Value: for an all-inclusive I felt it was worth the values as the quality and variety of food was key. There were several dining options/restaurants with several options to choose from **the cafe - ice cream was a hit!
- Service: truly impeccable. I will list those who made our trip superb =
Arcadio - great customer service at Olio and Hibachi restaurants, he knew what drinks we wanted and my dietary needs Levi - warm personality by the poolside, very attentive and hospitable Dinara - she made our pool/cabana experience "special". She was attentive and caring to our needs Marcos - he remembered our names and my bday from one restaurant to the next Hugo - every request for lunch (dietary restrictions) he made sure I had what I neede and the food was cooked to order **he served brought it to our table = clutch Dorian - when you meet a person and you walk away glad you met them, that was Dorian. He made us feel welcomed and took care of all of our requests. I appreciated his willingness to go the extra mile with everything. Thank you !!!! Cleanliness: very clean. The cleaning staff did an awesome job witht he rooms and property
Overall: 9/10 Experience and yes I would return!!

The overall rating I would have given would have been a 4* but made it a 5* inly because of 2 staff members. The best staff member award should be given to Alexa who works with a highly positive attitude and always serving with a smile. Second is Carlos in the Spices. Highly helpful.
Otherwise the hotel reception staff is a bit sly, the lobby and the other staff members are just normal. The food needs to have more cuisines especially Indian, Chinese and some other worldwide foods.

Best Resort Ever!
We got back from our trip about two weeks ago and we are already looking forward to our next. This was our sixth trip to the Zilara and felt the service was the best it ever has been. Abel and Alfredo at spices were attentive and friendly. Martin the beach waiter was amazing and always had our drinks ready for us. Everyone at silu was friendly and excited to see us. Many staff had recognized us from previous trips and treated us extra well. We cannot wait to go back soon!
