Perfect stay. Wow! Wonderful welcome cool flannels with a glass of bubbles. Superb rooms with sea view. Pools to choose from each day, swim up bars, plenty of sunbeds no need to reserve to wake up at the crack of dawn! Alex the Aperol Spritz lady was so lovely kept us topped up all day! Beach was absolutely fantastic crystal waters. We hired ski jets and it was literally the best experience ever, the photographer captured family memories which we will treasure for a lifetime. We attended a family wedding at this venue and it was perfect, stunning venue, fabulous sit down meal and the party of all parties! I would highly recommend and wouldn’t hesitate to go back
They can do more for the price.
Many of the rules make no sense. We couldnt get a late dinner after a late night family arrival because one of us had a sleeveless shirt in the Italian restaurant. But they were okay with it in mercado were it was mariscos nite. Another thing, no wheat bread and no mangos yet you are paying for what its suppose to be a 5 star place. I always stay my first three days in the gran Riviera maya Barcelo, they offer way more for 1/3 of the price.

This is our 8th time coming to Hyatt Ziva. We come here every year because we love everything about it. The beach, the pool, the food and most especially the staff. We look forward every year seeing Sofia Gonzalez and her smile and warm welcoming vibe. Heriberto Buena at Tres Cervezas became our “primo”. He is very nice and accommodating as always. Johnnie and Marcelo as well are hospitable and helpful at Tres Cervezas. Alexis at Chevy’s is the sweetest and thoughtful. Etzil at Chevy’s is also nice. Felipe at the Mercado buffet is pleasant and accommodating. Ariel and Jesus at Habaneros are funny and entertaining as well and the host at Habaneros (I did not get his name) is helpful. Alejandro at Tradewinds and his staff are great. They are very accommodating and attentive. The amazing staff at Hyatt Ziva made our stay memorable. Thank you all!
Amazing resort for familes!
Stayed for a week and already looking to go back. While the property is amazing (so many positives but most other reviews capture the general trend) I think the biggest differentiator was the staff. They did such an amazing job truly making us feel like family. Not a single bad experience and honestly almost every interaction was above our expectations.
Hyatt Ziva Cancun is the best resort !
We had an absolutely amazing stay at Hyatt Ziva Cancun! From beginning to end, the entire resort exceeded our expectations.
The Kids Club was fantastic—our kids had a great time, and it gave us the chance to relax knowing they were having fun and being well cared for.
The restaurants were excellent, and Habaneros was a definite favorite. The ceviche was wonderful, the beachfront setting was beautiful, and the service was truly top-notch. Manager Carlos and waiter Frederico were especially attentive to our family , including being aware of food restrictions and preferences. The staff throughout the entire resort were warm, attentive, and went out of their way to make our stay special.
Beautiful resort, great food, wonderful activities, and exceptional service. Hyatt Ziva Cancun is an amazing family resort, and we will absolutely be back!
