Best Stay Yet!
Our 10-night stay at Moon Palace The Grand Cancun was absolutely amazing! From the moment we arrived until our very last day, we were greeted with exceptional care, warmth, and genuine hospitality. Our Diamond Team, including our concierge and butlers, was truly beyond exceptional. They were always one step ahead, kept us informed of every reservation and detail, and were always eager to assist with anything we needed. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed, pampered, and truly special throughout our entire stay. Their attention to detail and personalized service made our experience unforgettable. We are so grateful for everything they did to make our vacation so memorable. We absolutely loved our stay and can’t wait to return to Moon Palace The Grand Cancun again!

Fun in the sun
This is a great family experience. There is something for everyone. Theres unlimited eating, swimming and great entertainment for adults and kids. The best part is I didn’t have to worry about budget it all included.
Spectacular stay at The Grand
The Grand at Moon Palace is AMAZING from stepping out of the airport and walking right to Palace podium and on our way in minutes to the arrival with an amazing greeting smile on the bell staff face handing out flowers, taking luggage to the concierge, having everything ready for our arrival to our immaculately clean spacious room. However, the best part is the staff. Honestly, we have been everywhere and we cannot find better service. We continue to come back here after year for many reasons, but the staff is our favorite. You can tell everyone loves their job. The food is amazing. Pools are so fun with activities in so many the gym is definitely one of my favorites the Awe Spa is top notch so relaxing & beautiful Golf course is great. The shows & entertainment are so good. We rarely leave the resort there is something for everyone all ages. We can’t wait to travel with our grandkids too

Dishonest sales practices
The resort offered me a future 4-night stay at checkout for $300. I thought the price was too good to be true but the salesman reassured me that $300 would get me a 4 night stay with no blackout dates. I was thrilled so I bought 2! After I got home, I find out that the $300 was only for access to special pricing. I already know 2 members who I am close friends with so I already have access to the special pricing. If I'd have been told the truth, I would have never bought these! I've requested a refund of my $600 twice now and they are refusing to give it to me. I have no other choice but to leave a bad review at this point. Do not trust these people. They will lie to you to get your money.
