Ocean Spa Hotel All Inclusive

If you are used to luxury and amenities, this is not the place. First of all, the rooms are outdated and don’t give you the clean feel when you enter. Not to mention you enter the room and there are immediate stairs going down the room which was just weird. The shower felt really dark and scary! There are not many places to eat. The best restaurant was Frida and it was closed the night before we checked out so we only got to eat there once. There was one night, we ate at the restaurant where they served Japanese food for the night. The sushi was not what we expected. The rice was soggy and had way too much cream cheese. We didn’t eat it and they were nice to pack it up for us to eat it later, but we couldn’t even eat it. At the buffet, they were busy and we had to go walk up to the bar ourselves to place drink orders. We felt ignored. We did book a couple massage and that was really nice but there was no hydrotherapy included and no time to sit and relax like other places we have been. The gym is a joke! Literally the size of a closet with 4 machines. The pool was cold and there weren’t any activities when we were there. We also didn’t receive any schedule of activities available to information on the restaurants. We just went to each place to see what was open. The only thing that saved our trip was leaving the resort to Isla Mujeres and spending the day there.

Had a great time, service was great, Only one thing that I dislike was the fact that they tried to sell you this timeshare, first of all they keep on saying no purchase necessary but when you tell them your not interested they get offended and give you attitude which makes you feel uncomfortable.
