We hosted our annual company retreat with about 50 people at Paradisus Cancun for 3 nights. The resort is beautiful with a very long beach and the rooms are newly updated. The resort was very easy to work with, specifically Ariel, on our events. We had beautiful buffet dinners set up each night and he was available to answer all my questions. Our group went on a private catamaran tour and Ariel made sure that everyone had a bottle of water & towel to take from the lobby too. Each night our CEO came to dinner and said how nice everything was and employees gave the experience rave reviews!
The waiter was extremely friendly, helpful, it was an overall amazing first time experience eating Authentic Mexican food. My hat off to the cook. The food was amazing. The meat was really tender. The soup was amazing and full of flavor. The beet and guacamole was unbelievable. As this was my first time having guacamole. I 100% recommend anyone that comes to Paradisus Hotel to try this food.
