Needs remodeling
Rooms are in urgent need of remodelation, location is great and resaurant is not bad, just very limited.
Short but nice stay
We only stayed for one night and didn’t have time to enjoy the hotel facilities, but everything was great.
Terrible Hospitality
The place is terrible. Not only doesn’t the toilet flush, not only does the balcony door not open, but they charged us for 3 nights and we stayed only one. Terrible terrible all around terrible.

Nice hotel
I enjoyed my stay here. The hotel was nice and relaxing with great views near the pool area. Room was very clean and staff was friendly and attentive. Mr. Julio was the best as he greeted me upon arrival, provided me with valuable information to navigate the area and got me set up with a last minute excursion through the hotel. He checked on me throughout my stay to ensure I was good and it was greatly appreciated. I will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a nice relaxing getaway in Cancún. Thanks!
The outside is good. However, the hotel rooms need to redone. It is by far the worst Hotel I ever stayed in. The towels need replacing the room had hair all over it. The Hot water was not working, The water spicket was not working.... The list goes on and on.
