Been going there for 26 years. Since Holiday Inn acquired the Royal Sands the “atmosphere” of the Cancun restiveness has diminished. The quality of the resort is still 5star as to service and cleanliness. Don’t expect to see colorful old Mexico…
This was my first visit to this resort and to Cancun. Everything from the staff to the facility was exceptional. I will definitely stay here again. 10s, 10s across the board!!!!

We absolutely loved our stay! From the moment we arrived, everything was wonderful. The resort was beautiful, clean, and well-maintained, and the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. We felt comfortable and taken care of throughout our entire stay.
Our room was comfortable, the resort had so much to offer, and the atmosphere was perfect for a relaxing family vacation. We especially appreciated how enjoyable and stress-free everything felt. It truly felt like we were able to relax, enjoy our time together, and make some wonderful family memories.

Had plenty of fun, karaoke was really fun. Resort was clean, workers are really nice and cordial. You guys seem to work as a good team there.
