Friendly staff & beautiful resort
We had an amazing time at Waldorf Astoria in Rivera Maya. A well kept and beautiful resort and friendly staff. A special shout out to Benjamin at Chaya, Evan & Victor at Ja’O, Orlando at Malpeque, Gabriella at the spa, and Esperanza & Cinthia with the activities. They all made our experience more enjoyable. We hope to come back again!
Excellent wxperience
Excellent service, friendly staff, very clean facility. Fun activities to do with your kid. We did the art class and paper mache class with Esperanza. She was great, fun to do art and to make your own souvenir to bring back home!
