Massage Charge
Hi my family and I came to this hotel to spend my son's 6th birthday everything was going great until we came across a massage charge worth $2,739 pesos that never took place yes my wife sign a waiver but she was never mentioned by the massage parlor ( Leticia / Beatriz ) about being charge if signed and of course my wife was under the influence when she sign this waiver form she mention she was not going to be available. I find this very unprofessional and absurd they could have contact us in advance about going forward with this or not which they never did at any point whatsoever. When checking out I spoke to a representative in the front desk I explain my situation he didn't want to hear about it or accommodate me so now we are leaving this hotel with a charge of $161.46 dollars that never took place as I mentioned and a very disappointing experience . Any future guests beware of the massage parlors.
You get a little of everything!
This is a great place to stay if you're looking for an all inclusive option. This spot on the Hotel Zone has a little of everything, 24 hr cafe, ice cream, restaurants, buffets, bars, pools, and the sandy beach.

Great experience!
Filiberto was amazing! He made sure our dinner experience was good and was on top of his service. He made us feel welcome and comfortable. Would recommend going here again!
Un excelente lugarcito
We spent several days there as a family, and the service was very good. As a Mexican visiting Cancun, you often go in expecting to be treated somewhat poorly in most places, but here we were treated well. There were a few staff members who acted a bit strangely—specifically a young woman at the front desk and the guy at the cafeteria—but otherwise, everyone was very pleasant. Mr. Julio at the ice cream station was always very kind; I noticed he treated everyone with the same friendliness. I want to commend the staff for the organization and cleanliness; the waiters were always very cordial and efficient, and the food was truly excellent. On the last day, they didn't restock the minibar in my room, but overall, everything was fine.
All in all, excellent!
Overall, the place is great. The rooms are roomy and clean. There are a variety of restaurants, and all very good. They offer jet skiing and parasailing. The beach wasn't great, there was a lot of seaweed, but I guess it's par for the time of year. The staff is exceptional.
