We keep choosing Velas again and again!
We love Grand Velas Riviera Maya and just finished our 6th family vacation to the property! The grounds are absolutely immaculate and the service is truly unmatched! We were made to feel right at home by our amazing concierges Nicolas and Jeronimo. The dynamic duo's attention to detail and desire to make our vacation as special as can be definitely made our trip a top notch experience! We love the gourmet food and our kids had a great time thanks to the kid's and teen's clubs always organizing fun activities for the groups! Grand Velas Riviera Maya is the perfect destination for a family vacation!

From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth, genuine kindness, and an attention to detail that exceeded every expectation. The adults-only Grand Class is pure paradise. The breathtaking ocean views, luxurious suites, incredible restaurants, impeccable grounds, and peaceful atmosphere made it almost impossible to leave.
What truly set this trip apart, however, was the extraordinary level of service we received from our concierges, Alfonso and Braulio. They didn’t just do their jobs—they created an experience we will cherish forever. Every day they anticipated our needs before we even had to ask, ensuring every reservation, every request, and every little detail was absolutely perfect. They surprised us with thoughtful touches, checked in on us throughout our stay, and genuinely cared about making our vacation as special as possible.
It’s rare to meet people who are so passionate about what they do, and Alfonso and Braulio are the perfect example of what five-star service should be. By the end of our stay, they felt less like resort staff and more like friends who truly wanted us to have the trip of a lifetime.
Every employee we encountered greeted us with a smile and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. It is clear that Grand Velas has built a culture centered around excellence and hospitality.
We have stayed at many luxury resorts over the years, but Grand Velas Riviera Maya has officially set the standard by which we will measure every vacation from now on. We left with incredible memories, full hearts, and already talking about when we can return.
