Fantastic Resort
Ocean Maya Royale is a great place with very welcoming atmosphere. The food is delicious and staff members are always very kind. Entertainment team fill each day with different activities and games. All the entertainment team members are amazing. Vierly is wonderful. He is always very helpful, kind and has great energy. I visited OMR several times. Fantastic resort with great entertainment team, beautiful nature and delicious food.
Excellent Service from Jesus at the Privilege Pool Area
I would like to recognize Jesus, one of the servers at the Privilege pool area, for his exceptional service. From the moment he introduced himself, he made a great impression. I especially appreciated that he made the effort to remember and address me by my name, which made the service feel very personal and welcoming.
Jesus was extremely helpful, attentive, and always made sure that I had everything I needed. His professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail truly stood out.

Very relaxing and fun vacation. Staff is very attentive and friendly. Jesus the attendant at the privilege pool was amazing and took the best care of us. Highly recommend!
