Amazing stay
The location was amazing. The beaches were beautiful and the service was outstanding. Everyone was pleasant and greeted us with a smile. Our butlers Pilar and Mauricio were AMAZING. The food was that of a five star dining experience. The private beach cabanas were a great touch. The beach butler (I cannot remember his name it started with an A) was extremely helpful and made sure we had drinks and food and shade. I would highly recommend Palafito overwater bungalows to anyone looking for that over the top vacation experience.
Bucket list trip met Every expectation!
Our trip was nothing short of magical! From the time we arrived until the sad day that we left, everyone at the resort made us feel special. Our butlers, Yasser and William made sure we never wanted for anything and did an amazing job making sure our trip was extra special. Alberto, was always ready and waiting to greet us with a smile and ask us what we were up to and if we needed a lift. Our room was immaculate and the sunrises beautiful every morning! The food was amazing at every place we ate! I can honestly say this was the most relaxing vacation we have ever been on. It was originally planned as a bucket list/anniversary one time trip….but I am sure we will be back!!

Honeymoon Must Try
My wife and I got a bungalow at Palafitos for our honeymoon. We were there for a week and everything was perfect. The view, the cleanliness, and the service was outstanding. Anything and everything we needed help for was immediately responded to and taken care of. I want to say a special thank you to our personal butlers: Enrique, Yasser, and Janet. They were the best service we have ever received. Unfortunately the hotel next to us, Maroma, was bought out our last 3 nights but they went above and beyond to make sure we were accommodated accordingly. I hope everyone will be able to experience their service like we did.
