When I go back to Mexico, I will stay here again. The rooms were spacious, had all the amenities and were very, very clean. The staff were friendly and if you called for anything, you spoke to an actual person. The staff in charge of arts and crafts were helpful and nice. Roberto was great and the wellness program had something for everyone. The Relax zone for yoga was beautiful and Elizabeth’s Sound Bowl class is a must. Diego’s class and the daily yoga offerings combined mind, body, and spirit. The food was amazing. Upgrade to The Reserve and get a swim out suite if you go. Totally worth it. If you need transportation, contact the hotel. They have a company they utilize and they are on site at the resort as well. The Cenotes excursion was included and was great.

I spent a week there and I did not see even one mosquito. Loved the cats and coaties. The vibe was modern and incorporated nature into the design. The spa is also amazing and well worth it. Get a facial if you go.

Our stay at Paradisus La Perla was absolutely perfect, and so much of that is thanks to the incredible service and the wonderful people who made our vacation so special.

A very special thank you to Renau at Santé, who greeted us every morning at breakfast with such warmth and kindness. Also, Yusmara, Caye, and Victor Humberto made my birthday celebration at the Reserve Pool a truly special and remarkable day. Their attention and service made the experience unforgettable.

A huge thank you as well to Jairo at the Reserve Lobby, and to El Mago, Pollo, and Eduardo at Kicks, who made our celebration nights so much fun and memorable. You guys definitely know how to make guests feel welcome!

It is always such a pleasure to see Nancy and Steve again. However, it was sad to see that Alfredo is no longer at the Reserve Pool. We definitely miss him!

And last but certainly not least, a very special thank you to Elmer, our concierge, who did an outstanding job with all our reservations and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. This was the first time we have experienced a concierge who was so attentive, professional, and genuinely committed to making our vacation perfect.

We had a wonderful stay at Paradisus Playa del Carmen – La Perla. The resort is beautiful, but what really made our experience special was the excellent service we received throughout our stay.

A very special thank you to our concierge, Yaiza, who was absolutely wonderful. She helped us with our restaurant reservations and went above and beyond to help us plan a surprise for our friends’ wedding anniversary. She was always attentive, kind, and incredibly prompt whenever we needed anything. Her help truly made our stay and the celebration even more special.

We also want to recognize Isabel and Abisael at the pool bar, who took great care of us and always provided friendly and attentive service.

At the buffet, Carlos, Ismael, and Ernesto were fantastic as well. They were always attentive, welcoming, and made sure we had everything we needed.

Overall, we had a great experience and truly appreciated the warmth and professionalism of the staff. Thank you to everyone who helped make our vacation so enjoyable and memorable. We would definitely recommend Paradisus La Perla!
