Lack of entainment throughout. Lack of communication with regard to things on offer. Incorrect information and a very dull atmosphere all round.
Vacation Stay
Beautiful experience, our Consier Eduardo Made everything perfecto for our stay, attention to all details. Everyday for breakfast we ate at the Hadar Restaurant and Ernesto was awesome. He was friendly, and super attentive. We had an amazing stay, not a single complaint with anyone. Looking forward to our next visit
Relaxing stay
Great experience! Best resort I've been to. It is very welcoming, friendly, and clean. At the front desk Otto helped my husband and I with our room and Armando at the M bar served the best drinks at the resort. I strongly recommend the M cucumber drink. The beach was walking distance, clean l, and safe. Food was delicious, best part was the buffet as well as the Nespresso cafe near the entrance. Will definitely be booking again in the future. We only stayed for four days and it was a good amount of time for us to decompress and relax. The spa was great, I had the 50 min deep tissue massage by Maricela. She may look small but she is strong.

Amazing week! The food, pool, beach and room were all incredible. Angel from circle was so helpful and friendly all week and gave us the best tips. Sonya at breakfast was so lovely and gave amazing service. All the staff were friendly and helpful and couldn’t have asked for a better week here!
