Reiter Family Vacation
The resort was great. Our family of five had a fantastic experience. The best part was the customer service. Our pool side waitress was Grisey at the Celsius bar. She was fantastic. She worked so hard for our family who ordered way too many sugary drinks. We were able to learn about her family and have added her to annual Christmas card list. We also loved our Concierge Cynthia. Cynthia had gifts and special surprises for our kids each day and made our stay organized and easy to manage and navigate. I definitely recommend the resort.

Great week away
When we picked this resort it can be overwhelming but after all the research we made a great decision. The grounds were in perfect condition and everything was always spotless. The staff always made the effort to say hello and ask if everything was good. We were never pressured to buy or do anything that we didnt want to do. The food was amazing especially the a la carte restaurants. Capella was our favourite as we went twice and Miguel was our favourite waiter that we asked for him again. My kids had a blast with all the pools / water attractions. The only thing we wished for more of was a better place for teenagers to hang out, ie. more table games hang areas. Overall we would reccommend and would definitely go back.
