Outstanding hotel
Very impressive services! Rooms are super clean actually the whole hotel is spotless, the food is beyond expectations (restaurants here should get a Michelin’s star), staff is very friendly, entertainment is beyond expectations! N.B: special thanks to the wonderful staff in Aroma restaurant: waitress Yazmin, hostess Bernice, and chef Tito!
Clarification Regarding Swimout Pool Access
We booked a Platinum Swimout Suite and unfortunately, the experience did not match what we expected based on the description of this room category.
One of the main reasons we chose and paid more for the Swimout Suite was the pool directly in front of the room. The official Princess Hotels website describes this area as a “semi-private environment.” Naturally, we understood this to mean that the pool would be shared among guests staying in the surrounding Swimout rooms.
However, during our stay, we discovered that guests from other areas of the hotel who are not staying in Swimout rooms can also come and use this pool. This was very disappointing. At times, people came to the pool directly in front of our terrace, talking loudly and spending time there, which took away the privacy and peaceful atmosphere we specifically expected when choosing this more expensive room category.
We completely understand that “semi-private” does not mean a private pool exclusively for one room. We expected to share it with the other Swimout rooms. What we did not expect was for it to function as a pool accessible to guests who did not book a Swimout room.
Had this been clearly explained before booking, we might have chosen a different room category rather than paying extra for the Swimout experience.
The hotel should make this policy much clearer in its room description so guests understand exactly what they are paying for.
Best Week of My Life
Hola señoritas y señoritos! My name is Brendansito, I stayed at the resort for 7 days with my friends and it was truly the best week of our lives. Special thanks to Luna for being so amazing and welcoming and it is always a good time when she hosts the pool games and shows. Also big thanks to Malu, Joni, and Rhamses for giving us a great time too. Will definitely be coming back again soon! Thank you.

Greatest resort
Hola senors and senoritas. My name is Alexsito and I just wanted to come here and say that this week at this resort was genuinely the best week of my life not just because I was with my friends but also because of how welcoming and kind the staff were . Luna (Lunita) especially made me and my friends stay very very exciting and fun and made our trip much better. Huge thank you to the others such as Rhamses, Jonathan and Malu as well for hosting all the activities. Adios and to next time since I will for sure be returning to this resort in the near future.
