They stole my headphones and was rude during check out.
The gentle man that checked me in late night was fantastic. He took the time to explain everything to me. During my stay the staff stole my headphones and some pesos. I confronted the staff and they said they would follow up. They didn’t. The lady checking me out was condescending and very rude. Would not recommend. There are better places to stay.

Amazing
My wife and I have just spent 11 glorious nights at this amazing resort. The food was fantastic, with plenty to chose from. The waiting staff were attentive, and always had a smile on their faces. The room was spotlessly cleaned every day. We would go back in a heartbeat

We had a wonderful time!
Overall, everything was very good, except for the following points:

The Latino restaurant is hard to reserve, and even with a reservation, the wait time to enter is very long. We arrived before 9:00 PM and were served our food at 9:40 PM. I ordered a molcajete and wasn't given tortillas until I asked for them, and they don't have a kids' menu—terrible service.

The photography service is intrusive/pushy; they want to charge you before even doing the photoshoot.

Mexican restaurant has excelent menu, octopus is stone bed is simply delicious and waiter Mr Alan has the best reccomendations in the house :)
