Pascal, Felipe & Antonio gave us the Best Service. Looking forward to seeing them again when we return!
Not our favorite Hyatt experience
As a World of Hyatt member and somebody who frequently stays at Hyatt properties out of the country, this was definitely my least favorite property. The service was absolutely terrible. Our room had a broken toilet and broken spa (which we paid additional for). we stayed on property one night to help us determine if we would like to be there over New Year’s. The service was so terrible at the two restaurants we visited that we will not be returning.

Such a fun trip to Breathless Rivera. Victor was wonderful getting us set up at the pool and Edwin and Roger kept the drinks coming!
