The staff were great! No beach time due to the sargasm but the resort was fantastic. Alejandra and Lourdes were amazing at the pool and in the buffet. They were attentive, on our every need and so kind. Andres at the massage stand went above and beyond.

Julian at check in, Lourdes at Carnival breakfast, Eduardo at the preferred pool bar, Julio & Erik at Capers, Martin & Tomas at Spice, Claudia at the gift shop were all so memorable & elevated our experience. We felt like celebrities our whole stay; staff were really friendly and set the tone with an exceptional overall environment.
