Great workout
Took a class with Pablo...sweated like never before. A true work out before the day's activities. Pablo was excellent. Great directions, leveled workouts.
Staff was amazing!
We recently stayed here with 2 other families, we had a really great time! Food, service and daytime entertainment/activities were awesome! All staff was very friendly and welcoming but we have to recognize Ivan and Clever! Ivan was great everyday as he gave us amazing poolside service! Clever was at the lobby bar, he remembered all of our names and made us some of the best drinks! Thanks for a memorable time!
Entertainment/Pool Staff
We had a great time at Dreams Riveria Cancún. The entertainment and pool staff were awesome. They were enthusiastic and so much fun. Shout out to Erwin, Yael, Frank, and Jona— they were amazing.
Can't wait to come back!

Booked a private dinner for my dad’s birthday and the best customer service I had was the waiter Esequiel! He was very engaging and excellent at his job I was so amazed !
