Very nice hotel
The Hotel is a little outdated and needs some updated renovations. Overall, the hotel is very nice but very hot since there is limited AC around the facility. The staff is amazing and very friendly. Pool staff with Mar, Sergio and David are awesome and make the activities a great time. Alberto and Franscisco at the breakfast buffet were awesome and funny!
A big issue I had was being UVC member not getting an early check in or at least being told we could check in at the UVC member check in. The front desk agent seemed clueless when I informed him that I’m a member and could possibly get an upgraded room if available.
Ivan, my UVC representative was awesome and took care of my family’s needs when he found out what was going on. Made us feel appreciated and made us feel paying to be members was worth it. We even upgraded our membership with Ivan helping to guide us and make the process easy and quick.
This is a great family hotel and family oriented. Not a party hotel if that’s what you’re looking for.

Beautiful Resort
The resort was absolutely beautiful. All areas - room, pool, restaurants, lobby, bars, etc. are super clean and welcoming. The entertainment team did a great job. The fire show was amazing. There was a lot of seaweed in the ocean which made it unusable but the sand on the beach was beautiful and white. The seaweed was NOT the resorts fault. We had a request at check in and the were able to help us with it. The pool is huge and never felt crowded. The resort is a quick 25 minute drive to/from the airport. We had a wonderful stay.

Dinner!
The food was excited Eleuterio was perfecto!! He knew the menu and was able to advise on what not to eat with the food allergy my wife has.
