we've been here twice, and we love it. the food is great, the staff is great, and the evening entertainment is just enough to have a ton of fun, but then quiets down around 11:00 or so. Great for married couples, for sure!

Amazing resort stay!!
My wife and I recently spent an unforgettable week at Excellence Riviera, and it's rare to find an all-inclusive that delivers this consistently across every dimension. The staff went above and beyond—without exception, every team member we encountered was genuinely kind and attentive, making us feel like valued guests rather than room numbers.
The resort itself is beautifully maintained. The grounds are immaculate, and you can see the meticulous care that goes into keeping everything pristine. Between the exceptional amenities and thoughtfully curated dining options, there's something for everyone. The food was consistently fantastic.
What impressed us most was the atmosphere. The resort offers genuine tranquility—it feels like a true escape—yet if you want energy and vibrancy, the beach and social areas deliver that in spades. It's the best of both worlds.
We're absolutely planning to return and would enthusiastically recommend Excellence Riviera to anyone seeking a high-quality, genuinely relaxing all-inclusive experience.

Great time!
Good food variety with many choices. Loved the bars and large selection of drinks. Pools were never super crowded. Plenty of activities, loved the water aerobics! The room services were amazing. We got upgraded to a better room for free, which is always a plus.
Would definitely come back in the future.

Amazing Resort!
What an amazing resort! Service, food, drinks, and amenities were off the hook! We tried most of the restaurants and room service and all were great! The club level is way worth it! Our concierge Jose and Darwin who filled our mini bar daily were both so accommodating. All the staff were welcoming and friendly. Magna, Spice, and the Lobster house all superb! We did a swim up room but honestly any in club would have been great. They went out of their way to make our Honeymoon special. We will be back!

Peaceful Paradise
Absolutely beautiful resort with an amazing private beach. Rooms are large and clean. The Spa is stunning and worth the splurge. The staff is personable. I have never been to a resort with so many restaurants! And you don’t have to make reservations at any except the hibachi. As a solo traveller I felt safe from airport to resort. Highly recommend!
