Located on prime beachfront property, this all-inclusive resort enjoys dazzling views of the Caribbean, a magnificent white-sand beach and crystal-clear waters surrounded by tropical foliage. Facilities include a 24-hour reception, currency exchange, lift, a hairdresser and an auditorium. Younger guests will love the children's playground and kids' club. Meals are served in the café, pub and there is a choice of bars and restaurants. There are also conference facilities, wireless Internet access, room service, a laundry service (for a fee) and a car park.
Guest are required to make advance reservations for the restaurants Sensai, Rittrato d´Italia and Villamarina.

Lovely Resort, Disappointing Beach
The hotel itself is lovely, and the staff are incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. The facilities, food, and service all made for a very enjoyable stay.
The biggest disappointment, however, was the beach. We travelled here dreaming of spending our holiday on a beautiful Caribbean coastline, but instead we were met with huge piles of seaweed and a strong unpleasant smell that persisted throughout our entire stay. Sadly, this made the beach impossible to enjoy and was a major letdown. Even more disappointing was that, during our time at the hotel, there were no visible signs of any meaningful effort to clear the seaweed.
Overall, the resort is excellent, but if your main reason for visiting is to relax on a pristine Caribbean beach, you are likely to be very disappointed.
Beautiful All Inclusive Resort
This beautiful resort offers a wide range of amenities, including delicious food, stunning scenery, exciting events, and plenty of activities. While the beach was closed due to the sargassum season during our stay, I still had a wonderful time.
The resort was clean, and the friendly and helpful staff made the experience even better. As an animal lover, I was also delighted to see some wildlife animals that were friendly and approachable.

Incredible experience, Blue moon restaurant especially extraordinary! We are recommending manager Juan, cheff Leslie and Waiter Salvador. Ask for beef stake, best I've have tasted.
All food was prepared with care and personally messages, we really appreciate that deeply!

Better luck next time
Beautiful hotel pools are amazing food and drinks good. Beach is currently unuseable due to the sargassum. Unfortunately, the airlines and travel agents continue to sell this resort. The resort will be closing end of August for renovations and so staff and restaurants are sparse. If you are a beach vacation, this resort is not for you.
