Cancún secrets riviera
The staff at the pool area were extremely helpful and Daniel and Damien always helped me find a spot and was super helpful with my things even till our last day with helping me with my bags as we left. The pool area was very nice and clean and can be the perfect spot to chill and not to be overly crazy , and the entertainment was good. It was a nice experience with many of the staff. Thank you Nedel for your kindness and always keep us our drinks full and your food recommendations they were perfect, and Sir Luis from Nebraska and his little side kick helper Mia he and Mia are a great highlight with getting many guests to do pool aerobics , and volleyball , and making guacamole. And I’m impressed with Luis to get my husband to make bracelets and to do water aerobics .
Leaving this great staff makes it hard to come home. Thank you Damien ,Daniel, Nedel, and much love to Luis and Mia. You guys will never be forgotten. Thank you all for our new memories
Wonderful stay for our anniversary
Wonderful experience. The staff went above and beyond to make it a special experience for us. The hotel room and amenities were beautiful and clean. We would definitely return!
Just amazing
We had the most wonderful time. The food the drinks our excursions, were awesome. First impression of an all inclusive was A+. We didn't just get great service we felt like we made new friends. I hope I get all their names right? Yesena, Jose, Alberto, Alfredo, Amuni They were our wait team. The waiters at the pool, Cruz Orbano And the dining room manager Maria Hope I got all the names right. They put up with my terrible Spanish. And gently corrected me when I got something wrong. I feel like I am slightly better at it. What else can I say, we never had a bad meal or experience. Loved every minute.

2 Weeks at Secrets Riviera Cancun - Great Time
Food, service and on hotel activities were great. Luis was great with pool activities, Daniel and Damien pool chairs, towels, even cleaned our sun glasses regularly. , Nedel and Gibran pool drinks, carlos and Jesus at the preferred bar gave excellent service and our UVC rep Ivan was outstanding. Loved the 3:00PM om hotel activities.
