Friends trip
The entire staff was amazing but special thanks to Damian, Nadel and Daniel. They were always smiling and ready to assist. The service was top notch and the food was amazing!!

Nedel, was the absolute best! Knew all of our names and went above and beyond our entire stay!

Nedel gave us the best service. Daman and Danel made us the coolest sand art for our anniversary. The staff was so friendly. The rooms were clean. Food was amazing!
Worth Every Penny
We had a great time. Highly recommend. 5 days wasn't enough. The buffet for breakfast was awesome and the mini bar stayed stocked
Great service!
Every morning we came down & saw Jesus for drinks at the preferred bar. Not only was he a friendly face to see, but he remembered our names & drinks and made tasty drinks! Even when it got busy, he remained calm and attentive to everyone. Some days I think he even stayed later than his end shift time.
Daniel and Damian at the Secrets pool bar were also great! Danny always helped everyone with a smile, despite working in the hot sun all day. He made cool designs with sand for everyone’s special celebrations at the cabanas. Daily he would get us chairs & towels set up.
Spicy Louis was our favorite entertainment service on the resort! Whether it was a guac making class, making bracelets or leading the pool aerobics & bingo, we had a great time. He always makes everyone laugh & brings up the mood daily!
When we went over to the Breathless side, Roger served us at the Xhale pool & was personable & very attentive!! Constantly brought us our favorite drinks and food poolside.
Our server Polo at the party pool on the weekends, remained busy but would always get us a drink.
Hibachi at Silk City was my favorite dinner by far and we celebrated my actual birthday at. All the staff went above and beyond!!
