The best hotel and the best butler, Jesús!
I think the TRS Yucatan has been the best hotel we have stayed at anywhere. The hotel staff are all fantastic from the second you step off the transfer to the hotel. Reception were fantastic on check in with freebies and wanted to chat, not just give you a key, restaurant staff are all fantastic in every place, and remember you even if you’ve only been once! And the Butlers.. they are the crème de la crème of this resort! Jesús was our butler in villa 68 and he was the butler of dreams! He was fantastic. Friendly, warm, welcoming, nothing was too much work, he made sure we had absolutely everything and even helped me secretly plan an evening at the cenote for our anniversary and played a fantastic role in “pretending he didnt know”. We never stay at the same hotel twice as we like to experience different places….this place has changed that. It’s clean, friendly, fantastic food, great amenities and loads of wildlife! (Coati’s, monkeys etc). All round amazing. We’ll be back next year 🙌
A little tip would be to upgrade to PTC when you arrive as that gives you a bunch of extras to make your holiday that little bit more special and worth every penny!

Resort was very nice, rooms clean, all personal and ebutlers were amazing. They were very attentive and always resolved our issues. It was a pleasure to meet DJ Daniel, his music and his vibes were great! I would definitely recommend to family and friends.

Beautiful resort w/ great customer service
Loved this resort. The location is about 45-an hour away from the airport but it is worth the drive. The customer service is amazing and our butler Carlos/George was amazing. The only complaint I have is the maids didn’t take the time to clean our room or make it special. Instead of my birthday I got it the day I left .. but overall this place is beautiful .. oh and they don’t have a beach there’s alot of seaweed.
Best vacation ever
TRS Yucatán is one of the best resorts at Riviera Maya. The bed sheets were the best, the quality of sleep was excellent and the restaurants and food were amazing. We got to use Palladium reward points at the spa for a couples 80 minute massage, which was excellent. The hydro circuit at the spa was spectacular!

Amazing!
We had an amazing time at the TRS Yucatan. Nothing was too much trouble. Will definitely return. The wildlife was wonderful. The staff were amazing. Our butlers, Samuel, Paola and Gustavo were incredible, nothing was too much trouble. From arranging our meals to ensuring our transportation arrived in time.
