Could not fault Dynasty at all. Room was clean. Staff were very friendly and great amenities. We will definitely be coming back to stay.
A fantastic hotel for families! Enough to do to keep everyone occupied but not so much to do you cant relax (which is what a Bali holiday is all about!!) Great location with everything you need nearby. The staff are amazing. Book direct for a great perks booklet!
We were here as a group of 16 pax. 3 generation's of family, the resort and kids area were top-notch the only concerns we had was trying to get tea and coffee at breakfast time, they offer you a cup when you sit down that you might get on a good day but don't try and get a second. Only other issue was trying to eat in the Chinese restaurant, the waitress had a bit of an idea how to take an order but no idea that the food also had to be delivered to the table. It all sat in the kitchen for an hour until we asked for it then all came out at once. Food around the pool was good but we just ate outside after the first attempt at eating as a group.
2nd time visiting. The location of our room was disappointing this time but we didn’t complain. Breakfast good as usual Great place if you have kids, wouldn’t go if you don’t have kids
This was our first time travelling to Bali and found Bali Dynasty to be fantastic! The location of the hotel was great, being not far from the airport. Nice to have own access to the beachfront at the back of the hotel. Everyone enjoyed the pool area and as we were travelling with others in our family it was a nice area to meet up. Breakfasts were great with so much to choose from and being included was a great start to the days. Hotel staff were lovely and nothing ever was a problem for them.
