this is honestly the best place i’ve stayed in bali. always great service and amazing food.
The service from every single staff member was absolutely exceptional! 👏❤️ We honestly cannot fault a single thing about our stay at Four Points. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel so welcome and well looked after.
Our son celebrated his 12th birthday during our stay and the wonderful manager, Ika, went above and beyond to make his day extra special. He thoughtfully arranged a surprise birthday breakfast, beautiful room decorations, and the most gorgeous birthday cake. 🎂🎈 Our son felt like an absolute celebrity, and seeing the joy on his face made the experience even more memorable. 🥰
A heartfelt thank you to Ika and every single member of the team for making his birthday one we will cherish forever. ❤️
A very special shout-out to Dion and Devi, You both made us feel so comfortable and at home throughout our stay. Your warmth, kindness, and genuine hospitality truly made all the difference 🫶🏽
