The rooms are very nice, very good pool Areaand gym, near to a main super market with domino's pizzas, KFC and a great selection of good groceries, staff good but we had to change rooms twice in an hour. First AC would not work and second Electric Key system having electrical headaches.... Still with all that a good position for us to do our work etc very good long work benches in the rooms and large bathroom.

Dear Mr. Jerry I am writing to let you know what happened on Sunday 10 May and I will try to be brief even if I could write a book about it. We booked a room for May 10 through Agoda, the booking was made on May 03 When we arrived at the hotel, at 1.10 pm, they told us that there was no reservation on our behalf. We showed the confirmation we had received from Agoda but this served no purpose they didn't want to give us a room...
The two girls at the reception, Diana and Cayat did not know what to do, they were confused and decided to call Mrs. Indah to ask for a password to enter the system, complete waste of time. At this point Diana asked us which was our room number, what room number has to do with check in?? When we asked to speak to the manager we were told that the manager is in church and Diana give us excuse the manager doesn't want to talk to us. They asked us to call Agoda to verify the booking but this must be done by the hotel not by the customer, so we asked them to contact Agoda and they replied that they have no way of doing so, incredible They suggested that we cancel the reservation and wait to receive a refund from Agoda and rebook directly to the hotel as a walk in at a higher price. We had asked to give us the room and in the meantime they should have solved the problem but it was not possible. At 2.20 pm they decided to give us a room, maybe they had found my reservation, however they didn't say anything. Both receptionists didn't wear masks and also didn’t use name tag. If I had not already paid I would certainly not have stayed at the hotel The room was ok but the soap dispenser was COMPLETELY EMPTY The safe didn't work because the BATTERIES WERE MISSING The following day, at 08.00, we went to the restaurant to have breakfast, the restaurant was empty and without staff. The reception lets us know when we asked in the morning that breakfast is served from 10.00 and the restaurant opens from 10.00 to 18.00 during covid 19. The sign that displayed in restaurants shows breakfast from 07.00 to 10.00 and only at the carte. Yet another problem with the receptionist who didn't know how to handle the situation. Big confusion because we definitely didn't want to wait until 10.00 to have breakfast. They had to call, we don't know who, to make us breakfast. At 09.15 we decided to go to the restaurant to see what was going on. To our amazement, we met the restaurant manager Mr. Suraja who was bringing us breakfast in the room, a beautiful gesture but we didn't order what kind of breakfast we wanted. We told Suraja, that we preferred breakfast in the restaurant. We asked him why they had prepared everything if we had not ordered anything, he replied that the receptionist told him that this was what we had ordered, I could not believe my ears because we did not order anything, I wanted to go to the reception to complaint but then I gave up I never heard of any hotel serving breakfast at 10.00 if anything from 7.30 to 10.00 The restaurant manager is very attentive and helpful. I wonder how an hotel can have this kind of staff, completely incompetent when there is a problem to solve, but not only this because they create other problems Very disappointed and angry for ruining us two days NOTE: customers occupying the 2 ground floor rooms situated under rooms 206 and 216 are in dangerous of having the air conditioner compressors drop on their heads We are waiting for your replay and what sort of compensation you are willing to propose to us
Very spacious, come with a clean swimming pool. The room is very clean and no unpleasant smell. We had a nice stay...

Good location, minutes from wherever I wanted to go with considerably less traffic than the more touristy areas nearby. Spacious room with large windows, comfortable bed, large shower, all good. Service was friendly and seemed well intentioned, but not always on point...
Was super tired after a long road trip and found out the spa closed early (several hours earlier than advertised), shower cubicle floor had streaks of unsightly discoloration, towel had an old stain and look tired, and the room phone didn't work. Didn't try the pool or gym as I only stayed for a short night.
