We visit Anvaya for the second time. It was nice hotel for family. Nice amenities for the kids birth day. Enjoy the sunset and the beach Kids love the lagoon Room and enjoy the stay. Kids club is good for the Kids they enjoy and playing there.

Good maintain score at pandemic condition, Anvaya give us a stable good quality hospitality, room is good maintain from humidity, rain shower with easy hot water, natural taste of room water, kingkoil bed with clean cover and fresh towel, clean swimming poll, still good attitude of staf even for a local tourist, carpark, standars bfast at pandemic , value for money

This hotel usually provides the best for guests, but this time, I was disappointed with the service of this hotel. First, one of the staff ( Dewi Cakra - service manager ) attitude is beyond expectations...
At first when we met, she greeted us but the next time we meet, she behaved strangely and was more concerned with service to guests staying at the villa than us who stay in the hotel room. It's really unethical. Second, when we checked out we asked room service to pick up our luggage, but we had to wait too long for that. We call reception 3x just to ask room service to handle our luggage, I know that in pandemic situation, its a hard time and not much staff on duty, but at least reception will inform us that they out of staff and have to wait. In fact, they not inform us anything. They just let us wait. Third, room AC is not maintained well, its like summer in the room. Asking to move to other room, but it takes forever. This should get attention. Don't make excuses because of the pandemic so that you sacrifice services that have been created well before. For the record, we've been stay at this hotel for more than 20 times. So, its up to you (The Anvaya) . Just dont blame your guest if many of your guest will choose another place to stay while in Bali. I know, we just 0,000...% of your guest.
