Must visit resort in Bali!
Perfect place to relax, room is clean, staff are friendly and accommodating. Allowed us for a free early check in. The beach front is a must see, such a relaxing view. The hot pool is a treat. Highly recommended place.

Awesome
Amazing resort and absolutely amazing staff. Location is lovely and secured. Food is great. Staff Noni and Suchi are awesome people catering for experience at Ayodya. Most beautiful beach at footsteps from rooms. Resort give the most Balinese feel. 💕
Shadow of itself
This one didn’t age well and still far from pandemic recovery.
Used to be a great Hilton and solid as Ayodya but lost its charm during the pandemic.
Booked two rooms for our family; hotel Occupancy was rather low; yet they failed to give us two rooms next to each other or connected.
Rooms have strains on the walls, no sockets on either side of the bed, a rather small TV; doors that let sound in too easily and staff that just isn’t good at their job.
Housekeeping failed to clean properly eg removing dirt from the floor or replacing shampoo ; toilet paper; water etc.
The breakfast restaurant is a shadow of its former glory; lesser food choices; drop in quality; and staff is not attentive at all ( they had run out of butter; took me asking 4 staff and more than 15 min till they managed to get butter out; - asked for salt and pepper another time but she never brought; one day the pepper holder apparently wasn’t closed and all the pepper fell on our food; staff was not helpful and just said that we would have to go and get our food again if we don’t want to eat it?’
Their concierge or WhatsApp just doesn’t bother to reply. I even went to the reception and complained that they aren’t replying but nothing changed.
Unfortunately also no longer evening shows.
Their Italian restaurant has shrunken and is no longer majestic.
You can see that the hotel is just trying to cut cost and lost all its charm. No wonder the number of guests keeps on getting less and less even though Bali is full.
Very kind staffs, a great palace-styled hotel to stay with family with a lot of activities.
I spent half my stay in Ayodya resort and the last night moved to Ayodya Palace. The hotel was designed like a palace and very, very spacious with a lot of activity options. The staffs were very nice, Mbak Ita and Bu Dewi especially was very kind, lovely, and helpful. I've been visiting several times before and very glad to see the hotel is returning back to normal after the pandemic hit. The beach is clean and serene, the pools (they have several!) are clean, breakfast was simple but very nice... I also get to meet a 'barong' show taking rounds at the resort. Looking forward to my next stay!
