We Have been to Grand Mirage many times and every time we go it is better than the last. I would especially like to thank Komang, Made, Haamdi and Okie at the watersport area, Ina at the family paradise area, Suda in the Grand Cafe area, Seni and Sukma at the reception area and the General Manager Fabian for making our experience more enjoyable than the last. I will definetly be back and I highly recommend staying at the Grand Mirage Resort .
Kids club + Wini = amazing!!
Amazing resort. Wini and staff from the Kids Club are amazing, our 4 year old twins adored Wini and the staff, we felt 100% confident leaving our girls with them so we could relax and enjoy some time by ourselves. Our children did not want to leave! All other staff facilities are top notch. Highly recommend!!
Grand Mirage Famil Paradise, really a paradise for families
All staff are very experienced and knows what families with kids need. Facilities are up to date and it's very clean. I didnt see any bugs except for the usual mosquitoes. Hotel spends lots of effort in planning for activities. Kids enjoyed the bird shows, indoor playground, PS5, water volleyball
I saw great experiences from other guests too. Engagement parties and weddings in their Chapel.

Surprise Package
What an exceptional surprise this place turned out to be. From the minute we got picked up at the airport by the very best concierge - Sakaya, checked in with the fantastic Bintang( beer for short) on reception, the best Barman in Bali -Bawa and the exceptional room service by- Bagas, our trip was truely awesome, a relaxing indulgent experience thank you Grand Mirage
