Excellent resort. Staff very helpful and friendly. Would highly recommend. Darmika was very good with our airport transfers.

absolutely loved this resort the food and facilities exceptional the staff at the Grand cafe are so friendly and polite always with a smile the only thing that I would change was the pool lounges they do not help older people or parents with kids saw so many people fall backwards due to them being unstable but an 10/10 experience
5 star hotel
Not gonna lie... this place was SO much better than we expected! 😍 The All-Inclusive package is 100% worth it. Every morning we were excited for breakfast at Grand Café because the selection was HUGE. Fresh juices, pastries, eggs, local food, international food... you name it, they had it. We made it our mission to try all the restaurants during our stay, and honestly, none of them disappointed. Jukung was amazing, and Bumbu Delhi deserves a special shoutout. Didn't expect to find such good Indian food at a resort in Bali!
The beach area was probably where we spent most of our time. There were so many water sports to choose from, plus the beach slide was so much fun (yes, adults can enjoy it too 😂). We lost count of how many times we floated around the lazy river. Such a great way to relax.
A huge thank you to everyone who made our stay even more memorable. Special shoutout to Suda, Wahyu, Muliayan, Divaa at the Front Desk, and our driver Wira you guys were all amazing!
Good Room, Good Facilities and Good Food
We just had an amazing 5-day stay at Grand Mirage with our big family (10 of us), and everything was fantastic, it's close enough to shopping center at Bali Collection, and they provide free shuttle.
We chose the All-Inclusive package, and it was definitely worth it. The food was always good, with so many options every day. We loved the breakfast, and the themed dinner every night was so much fun with great food and entertainment. Our favorite restaurant was definitely Jukung Restaurant.
This wasn't our first stay, and this time we came back with our big family because we knew everyone, especially the kids, would love it, specially they have a new room with modern style and the lazy river. during stay we put our kids whole day at the kids club and they had so much fun joining all the activities. The Kids Club staff were so friendly, caring, and patient with the children. so the parents can relax at next building. We also booked 3 nannies for our 4 kids, and they were amazing! They were so sweet, helpful, and took great care of the kids, so we could actually relax and enjoy our holiday. OH we also met Robbo during the fish feeding and our kids very happy on that day.
A big thank you to all the staff around the resort. Everyone was always smiling, welcoming, and happy to help. They really made us feel at home. We had such a wonderful family holiday, and we're already talking about coming back again. If you're traveling with kids or a big family, I really recommend Grand Mirage!

After reading so many good reviews, we finally decided to stay at Grand Mirage. We wanted somewhere we could relax, and the lazy river quickly became our daily routine. We also spent lots of time by the beach just enjoying the view. The staff were lovely, the resort was well looked after, and everything felt easy and comfortable. We'd happily stay here again.
