Terrible experience
Our stay at Holiday Inn Resort Bali Nusa Dua was extremely disappointing and completely unacceptable for a property marketed as a 5-star resort.
Every morning we were woken by significant construction noise that could be clearly heard inside our room. One of the most basic expectations of any holiday resort—never mind one positioning itself as five-star—is that guests should be able to sleep peacefully in their rooms. Unfortunately, even that basic expectation was not met.
The situation was particularly upsetting because we were travelling with children. The repeated morning noise disturbed their sleep and had a major impact on the whole family. When you come to Bali for a relaxing family holiday, you should not be waking up to construction noise every morning.
What makes this worse is that I specifically raised the issue with the hotel after one morning, so management was fully aware of the problem. Yet the very next morning, we were subjected to the same disturbance again. Clearly, either the complaint was not taken seriously or nothing meaningful was done about it.
A hotel cannot advertise and charge for a premium resort experience while failing to provide something as fundamental as a quiet room and a good night’s sleep.
Bali is supposed to be about relaxation, hospitality and escaping the stresses of everyday life. Experiences like this completely destroy that atmosphere. Our holiday was significantly affected, and instead of returning home relaxed, we are leaving extremely disappointed by how poorly this situation was handled.
Definitely not the five-star experience we expected, and based on our stay I cannot recommend this resort to families looking for a peaceful Bali holiday
Hotel resort chinese friendly
The stay was amazing here. But when I stay my first room was so damp and smelly but thanks to selly help us to change to better room and upgrade our room. Selly also can speak chinese happy to meet the person can speak chinese not every hotel have it. Please check your room the room was so damp and smelly. The resort was so good near with the beach and please clean the beach properly.
A memorable stay in a wonderful resort
We were really pleased with our stay at the Holiday Inn resort Nusa Dua as it is a very nice hotel, modern and with all the facilities needed. It is ideally situated in the heart of the beautiful area of Nusa Dua It that features pristine white-sand beaches, crystal-clear turquoise waters, world-class luxury hotels, manicured gardens, and a calm, secure, and clean environment. Modern, nice, comfortable and clean accommodations. Highly recommendable hotel for quiet family beach holidays. Very helpful and kind staff. Great service. Special Thanks to Meira and to Ayu for their great support and for reflecting the true beautiful spiritual tolerance of the Balinese people.
Family Chinese friendly resort
I love this resort, there is billyard game at the resort make me and my brother can play. We will recomend this resort and thanks for shelly because she help us a lot during stay because we can fluently speak english. The breakfast was so good also.
Holiday
Verry nice hotel, the food is excelent, the pools are nice and clean, the rooms are verry clean and comfortable. Only the beach is not so good but for this can the hotel nothing.
