We have an incredible experience. All the staff are very friendly and welcoming. Our room was very nice and clean. The food was very good. I really recommend it.
A truly wonderful stay at this resort. Our room had a fantastic pool and overlooked the sea. Very peaceful. The hospitality was excellent and thank you to Dui and Gek Sin for their top quality room service each day. The kids’ club was also brilliant and my son enjoyed the daily activities.
This hotel is amazing! The people are so kind and welcoming, the staff was very profecional. The rooms were very clean and pretty, all equiped with air conditioner and towels to take to beach even. There are 3 huge pools, one right by the beach and two other inside the hotel. The food by the pool was so good. We ate at the restaurant one night and it was an all you can eat buffet. So good all of it

Just checked out from our 12 night stay at Novotel Bali Benoa and what a beautiful holiday it was! We (me, my husband and our 8 month old) stayed in the 1 bed pool villa, the room was immaculate, bed was very comfy and the pool was so much fun! The resort itself was lovely, the main pools were really nice for a change of scenery and the food was great and the staff were lovely to our little one, especially Astari! The only recommendation I would make is to ensure you plan for mosquitoes, there is a pharmacy and shop near by though so no biggie if you forget something.
