The most beautiful setting, we were in a club room, all staff were perfect, kind and friendly. Nothing was too much, genuinely wanting to care for us. The setting was just bliss. The location makes you want to rise early, walk the grounds and have an early morning walk. If you want peace, this would be a great hotel to stay, with amazing Instagram pictures to take on site. We have had a week of pure peace.
This was our second stay in 3 months and again, we chose to stay on a room with access to the Palace Club Lounge. (13 nights) The Club Lounge whether breakfast, afternoon tea or cocktails offers wonderful service. For example the canapes with cocktails are never the same each night and of a very high quality. Again we had a wonderful stay. We observed many guests being welcomed back as regulars. A testimony to the high quality experience this resort offers.

Amazing location for a family with kids (2A+2C) topped off with direct beach access from the hotel. Staff were absolutley amazing - special call out to Pande (by the pool).
Also got to do a lovely dinner by the beach with the kids to celebrate Moms birthday. We chose the Tamarind menu and they even threw in a bouquet of flowers to help celebrate. Wis and the whole team at Tamarind were fantastic.
Breakfast buffet had a large selection that was great for all of us.
We chose the family room with 2 bunks for the kids and a generous balcony with a bit of an ocean view from the balcony. Be sure to request tonnes of water of water for the room given the heat and constant need for rehydration.
Definitely recommend for a family who prefer a more relaxed holiday by the pool / beach.
Beautiful place …. Absolutely everything…the gardens , the food and the service! The people who serve do it with such grace! I would like to make a callout to Tasya from Raja’s the Indonesian food restaurant to Dedy at the the concierge desk who was just so helpful!
