This is the best hotel in bali. The experience was absolutely amazing! The customer service goes above anything ive ever experienced before. All the stuff throughout the hotel made the stay extremely enjoyable with all their happy greetings, smiles etc. As soon as you arrived whether it be down by the beach, at the pool or a restaurant the stuff were there to greet you, lay out your towel or provide you with a welcome slushi. PUTRA was amazing around the pool and has been working extra hard on his English. Everyday he made an effort to speak with us. AYU was amazing with providing drinks around the pool. I could go on and on by listing every stuff member. We are blown away and will definitely be back. Thanks heaps samabe
Honeymoon Of Dreams!!!
I cant put into words how amazing this trip was!! We stayed for 10 days for our honeymoon and from the moment ee arrived we were treated exceptionally. Nothing was to much trouble, the staff are friendly and always greet you with a smile. There are a couple of staff who became out friends during this trip. Putra from the ring of fire pool bar is the most lovely person and puts his heart and soul into his job. Puama from crystal blue and Ioyu and Sree from Rempah Rempah also treated us amazingly well!!! The Food!!! I can't tell you how good it has been. We have enjoyed every second thank you Samabe, we will be back xxxx

The best hotel!!!
The best hotel I ever stayed. Everything was perfect and everyone made our stay unforgettable. I have no doubts that is the best hotel in Bali and one of the greatest in the world.

Best service I experienced until now
We were here for the first time. We booked our travel through Kuoni who warmly recommended that hotel. I have to admit that I never had a stay in such a hotel which such a perfect service. Starting at the room service and the cleaning to the free drinks at the pool and the massage at the pool or also the spa treatments. Also the restaurant is really doing a good job. They are offering for everybody something so they are able to fit to each taste. If you’re here, don’t miss the cooking class. Also, the beach is really nice and it’s also good here with children as it’s protected by the reef. It’s possible to arrange nice travel from here to see some more of the country but it’s also good just to enjoy that hotel here. We would definitely come again.
