4 Night stay with Millesime club Lounge Access
We are regular guests at the Sofitel since it offers excellent value and service. This is a brief review since I have reviewed this Hotel several times in the past. Being paid up Accor Explorer Platinum members we are eligible for Lounge access and a room upgrade. Often we are offered a room with Plunge pool access but decline this since it is not resort facing and is some times dark with only vegetation outlook. A 2nd or 3rd floor resort facing delux room is better . The Check in at he Lounge with Lestari was smooth and efficient. We had 2 rooms, one for us and one for our adult daughter. close together on the same floor. Excellent amenities and outlook as always . We were cared for by an excellent team of waiting staff at the Lounge, some we have met on 2 previous occasions and some new staff. Thank you to Kristena , Bayu. Nia , Eka, Prana Nia and Yohanes. It was lovely to be greeted by Suci who has also been there in the past. She is an asset to the the Lounge. We heard that Indra was the Barman : he made excellent cocktails : Thank you.
The pool Bar was busy but they too make excellent cocktails
We had breakfast at the Lounge on one day but went to Kweezeen for the next 3 days. The service has significantly improved since we were last there with several egg stations and the varied international stations which were exceptional. An excellent albeit brief holiday : Thank you . Naturally we intend to return and that is a testimony for the quality of service and value that we receive at the Sofitel Bali Nusa Dua

Birthday Celebration
Sofitel is a great place for us to wind down from our busy lives. Most importantly, I would like to give a special mention to Amel, the Guest Specialist at Sofitel, who made our stay and my husband’s birthday celebration extra special.
From the very beginning, Amel was incredibly quick, kind, polite, and attentive. She helped me organize my husband’s birthday surprise, not only coordinating everything from the hotel but also helping me arrange decorations and other details with an outside vendor.
What impressed me most was how personally involved she was. She helped select the best-quality options at a reasonable price and even negotiated with the vendor on my behalf. When the vendor came to set everything up in our room, Amel was there personally to supervise and make sure every detail was done properly and that everything looked perfect before we arrived.
She truly went above and beyond what I would normally expect from hotel service. Thanks to her care, efficiency, and attention to detail, I could simply enjoy the celebration without having to worry about anything.
Thank you so much, Amel, for making my husband’s birthday so memorable. Sofitel is very lucky to have you! ❤️

Great experience with great staff. We spent 9 days here, everything was super perfect from the staff to the services and joys during the days. Thank you all and special thanks to Yusa from the room service staff, he was more than perfect.
