Our stay at Sakala Resort Bali was exceptional, but what truly made it unforgettable was the incredible team taking care of us every day. Two team members, in particular, deserves a special shoutout for going above and beyond: Tiur and Risky.
Tiur (Team Leader): Exceptional Leadership & Warm Hospitality Tiur leads with absolute professionalism and a genuine Balinese warmth that sets the tone for the entire team. As a team leader, Tiur’s attention to detail, proactive communication, and commitment to ensuring guest comfort never went unnoticed. Whether coordinating service or simply checking in to make sure we had everything we needed, Tiur handled everything seamlessly with a welcome, reassuring presence. That level of dedication turns a great vacation into an extraordinary one.
Risky (Barista / Morning Coffee): The Perfect Start to Every Day Starting the morning at Sakala became one of our favorite daily routines, entirely thanks to Risky. Risky didn't just make our morning coffee—he perfected it. Always greeting us with a bright smile, great energy, and an incredible craft for coffee, he ensured our mornings started on the best possible note. It’s rare to find someone who combines top-notch barista skills with such personal, attentive service.
Thank you to Tiur, Risky, and the entire Sakala team for making our stay so special. We couldn't have asked for better hospitality and look forward to returning!
Amazing resort and staff
We had an amazing 10 days at the beautiful Sakala resort. The staff were extremely attentive to all our needs, even arranging a GP and nurse to visit our room when I became ill! A special mention to the wonderful, Demmy, for his friendly nature and being so accommodating to everyone’s needs. Also to the amazing breakfast chef, Komin, for her delicious omelettes that fuelled us each morning. Thank you, Sakala!

A big thank you to The Sakala Resort Bali—our stay was absolutely sensational! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly greeted by Guest Relations Manager, Demmy, whose hospitality and customer service were top-tier. Demmy assisted us with a room upgrade and continued to provide exceptional care throughout our stay. In fact, the entire resort team deserves a massive shout-out! Our room was spacious, beautifully presented, and had an immediate peaceful vibe. The resort grounds are expansive with everything you need to completely unwind and recharge. The dining was another highlight—every meal was fresh, plentiful, delightfully presented, and delicious. A special mention must also go to our driver, Kadek ("Happy"), for his patience, local knowledge, and guidance throughout our trips. What truly sets Sakala Resort apart is the genuine warmth and unwavering professionalism of its staff. We highly recommend The Sakala Resort Bali to anyone seeking a peaceful, luxurious Bali getaway. We will definitely be back!
