A Perfect Honeymoon Stay at The Westin Resort & Spa Bali Nusa Dua ❤️
We had an absolutely wonderful stay at The Westin Resort & Spa Bali Nusa Dua during our honeymoon.
From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the beautiful resort, the excellent service, and the warm hospitality of the staff. As Marriott Bonvoy Platinum Elite members, we truly appreciated the recognition and thoughtful service throughout our stay.
What made our honeymoon even more special was how genuinely kind and attentive everyone was. The staff made us feel very welcome and took great care of us, which made our short stay incredibly relaxing and memorable.
The resort itself was beautiful, peaceful, and perfect for a honeymoon. We especially loved the atmosphere and the feeling of being able to completely unwind.
Thank you to the entire team at The Westin Resort & Spa Bali Nusa Dua for making our honeymoon so special. We will cherish these memories for a long time, and we would absolutely love to come back to Bali and stay here again!

Best everything made business a vacation
Spectacular hotel. Fantastic service. And Eka concierge saved my flight and went way beyond normal customer service and saved me so much. The food and the hotel is perhaps the best in the world.

Exceptional service from Pande & Dirga – they turned a potential disappointment into a highlight
We had a fantastic stay at The Westin Bali, but what truly stood out was the incredible service from the beach team.
I had booked a beach HIIT workout class during our stay, but unfortunately the instructor couldn't make it at the last minute. When Pande and Dirga learned about this, they immediately came over to check on us – not with a simple "sorry", but with genuine concern. They asked if there was anything else we'd like to do instead, and offered several alternative suggestions with such warmth and politeness. Their attitude was so kind and professional that we honestly didn't even feel disappointed anymore.
Beyond this incident, every single staff member we encountered throughout the hotel – from front desk to restaurant servers – was consistently courteous and welcoming. It's clear that the team here truly cares about guest experience.
Thank you, Pande and Dirga, for turning a small hiccup into a memorable moment of hospitality. We will definitely return!

Good resort, but renovation affected our stay
We stayed at the Westin twice and overall had a good experience. The resort has a large territory, and it was nice to see guinea fowls walking around. As Marriott Bonvoy elite member, we were upgraded both times.
Breakfast was very good, with plenty of choice and a good selection of local Indonesian dishes. The gym was also quite good, which I appreciated during our stay. We also tried the Japanese restaurant, and for a resort restaurant it was actually pretty decent. The staff was friendly and really tried to make our stay enjoyable. We had a couple of housekeeping issues, but they were fixed quickly.
The main downside was the renovation. Some parts of the resort were being renovated, and there was quite a lot of noise and the smell of fresh paint in some areas. This definitely affected the overall experience. The beach in front of the hotel is also not great for swimming. We preferred the beach around the St. Regis and Ayana.
Overall, the hotel is a good representation of its category and offers what I would expect from a Westin resort. I’d give it 8/10. I would come back after the renovation is finished, or try The Laguna next time.

Fantastic Family Resort
So glad we booked this fantastic property for our stay in Nusa Dua. The rooms are spacious, the food selection at breakfast was impeccable, the beach is on your doorstep, and the property is a short walk away from the Bali Collection.
Fauzan from reception was excellent - a real credit to hospitality and a leader in how to treat visitors to any hotel. Dani, Juny and Tre from the spa were lovely, and a special shout out goes to Putu as well. Would definitely recommend!
