My partner and I stayed in a Terrace Room at Alila Seminyak for a few days away together, and it was exactly the reset we needed. The room itself was spacious and beautifully done, with our own private terrace where we’d sit in the mornings before heading down to the pool. What really stood out was the staff — genuinely some of the best service we’ve experienced. Every interaction felt warm and personal rather than routine, and they were quick to help with anything we needed throughout the stay. The food was excellent across the board, from breakfast to evening drinks — plenty of variety and consistently high quality. The facilities suited a couple’s getaway perfectly: quiet pool areas to relax by, direct beach access, and a spa we made good use of between lounging days. Overall, a fantastic choice if you’re after a stylish, laid-back escape as a couple. We left feeling completely recharged and would happily book the same room again.

Bali Sunsets hotel
Alila is my favourite hotel in Seminyak, I have stayed here at least 5 times. Beautiful hotel on the beach, spacious rooms, all the amenities available, staff are very accomodating. Main pool are overlooking the beach with great chilled DJ sets. Lunch and drinks by the pool bar is highly recommended

Very noisy - next to beach club
Do not waste your money here. They are very badly situated next to a beach club that is extremely noisy. They make no reference to this when booking. Misleading and false advertising from Hyatt.
Bali bliss.
From the start this hotel set up and operation ran very smoothly. It was our first time in another country as a family of 6 and this made its quite easy. The atmosphere was fantastic along with the security which being present however not hindering our holiday mode.
Heaven in Bali Seminyak
Beautiful resprt with every little detail accounted fot. Luxurious yet not stuffy. Stagf are so friendly to name a few Dina in spa, Seyman, Dewi waitress who made our traditional Balinese evening so special, Gusti the chef who made crepes for my daughter which were not on menu and Hassan who designed the menu. Every single staff member is amazing. You feel like royalty from the start to finish. Book the Seminyak suite it is worth it for a family giving teenagers privacy. Such a special resort. 🥰
