With a strategic position in the epicentre of Seminyak, this hotel is within walking distance from a great variety of dining, entertainment and shopping options. Visitors will also have the opportunity to wander around Bali's lively beach and vibrant nightlife. Families with children will appreciate the nearby Waterbom Water Park and the most discerning ones might enjoy the mouth-watering cuisine at the Chez Gado Gado restaurant.
Luxurious rooms and suites are the perfect place to unwind and recover the energy, thanks to its wide selection of modern and useful amenities. All of them come with a trouser press, individual air-conditioning, a fully-stocked minibar and pillows made of foam or down for guests to choose the one they prefer. Guests can relax at the main and fountain pools, work out in the fitness centre or leave their children at the playground area with babysitting service.
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
A belated review on our experience at Courtyard Seminyak. Have stayed in so many excellent hotels and resorts over the years and have to say Courtyard Seminyak ranks at the top of my lists for resort stays. Being a lifetime platinum member afforded us some extra luxuries yet I rate the experience so highly due to the staff. Easily the best service across all staff members I have received anywhere. Firstly, the hotel is ideally located, close to the beach and restaurants. Breakfast at Seminyak kitchen was outstanding. High quality food. There was not one thing they didn’t have. Also dined in the evening which was also fantastic. Hotel is lovely with spacial rooms.l and great pool area/bar. I unfortunately don't recall the names of all staff yet a few noteable stars were Arya in the dining room, Gustat and Bayu from housekeeping. Often a forgotten part of the staff. I have never had a room prepared so professionally and quickly. Overall an outstanding hotel on all levels with their superior service levels setting the bar. No surprise, already booked for a longer stay over the coming Christmas holidays.
Hotel is in a prime location and 10-15 mins walk to the beach, they do have a shuttle that will take you too. At check in they entice you to buy hotel credits for your stay that also gives you incentives, however if you don't spend all the money during your stay you will loose it. The pool areas were lovely and calm, and breakfast in the restaurant was excellent. We also had dinner which was nice but I do feel they need to expand the menu options. I think an entertainment area; i.e. with a pool table (not just table tennis) should be considered. The spa there is brilliant but ensure that you complete the paperwork before any treaments and you ensure you highlight anything to them verbally such a pregnancy or any other health issues.
Could not fault this! Staff & service was top-notch. Penny @ the pool bar was personable, kind & made our visit much richer. Breakfast was substantial, there was something to do every day - so no boredom, and a GREAT WAY to meet other travellers! Great atmosphere. Rooms are spacious & well-appointed. Would highly recommend this resort; location, price point & quality of amenities.
Kids Club was beyond amazing! Staff members Andin and Debby were just so beautiful and kind to our son. Our son River absolutely loved spending time with Andin and was emotional when we had to leave. We can’t wait to see you again soon!! Thank you for everything!!!
What an fabulous hotel. We stopped here for 2 weeks and I cannot fault any part whatsoever. The rooms are cleaned daily to a high standard and the entire hotel is kept spotless. The hotel staff are fantastic and so friendly, and there is nothing that is too much bother for the. The entertainment team we brilliant with activities for all throughout the day. Widi, diyah, yudi and wayon are all good fun and make your relaxed pool days more enjoyable. The breakfasts you are spoilt for choice and has every for every palette. I genuinely cannot find a fault with this hotel and staff whatsoever and has made out stay and experience of bali unforgettable.
